Para que esa jornada transcurra con tranquilidad y el resultado est\u00e9 a la altura, la preparaci\u00f3n es esencial. Estos son los puntos que conviene revisar con su equipo de producci\u00f3n.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Aclarar el objetivo y el p\u00fablico<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de hablar de t\u00e9cnica, hay que saber a qui\u00e9n se dirige el v\u00eddeo y qu\u00e9 debe provocar: dar ganas de comprar, tranquilizar, reclutar, informar. Este objetivo gu\u00eda todo lo dem\u00e1s, desde la duraci\u00f3n de la pel\u00edcula hasta el tono empleado.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Definir los formatos y los canales de difusi\u00f3n<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una pel\u00edcula para su web, formatos verticales para las redes sociales, una versi\u00f3n corta para una feria: cada uso tiene sus limitaciones. Anticiparlos permite encuadrar en consecuencia desde el rodaje, en lugar de recortar a la desesperada en el montaje.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Elegir y preparar los espacios<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Identifique los espacios m\u00e1s representativos de su actividad;<\/li><li>Prevea una puesta en orden: lo que est\u00e1 tirado se ve en la imagen;<\/li><li>Piense en el ruido (m\u00e1quinas, aire acondicionado, tr\u00e1fico) para las entrevistas;<\/li><li>Compruebe el acceso a enchufes y el espacio disponible para el equipo.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Preparar a los participantes<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ser filmado puede impresionar. Avise con antelaci\u00f3n a las personas implicadas, expl\u00edqueles el desarrollo y tranquil\u00edcelas: un buen vide\u00f3grafo sabe poner c\u00f3modo y guiar. Evite que memoricen un texto; es mejor preparar algunas preguntas y dejar hablar con naturalidad.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En cuanto a la vestimenta<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prefiera ropa lisa, sin estampados peque\u00f1os ni rayas muy finas, que pueden crear efectos indeseados en la imagen. Las prendas cercanas a su identidad de marca suelen ser una buena elecci\u00f3n.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Establecer un calendario realista<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Haga una lista de las secuencias que se van a rodar, los lugares y las personas implicadas, y construya despu\u00e9s un plan de la jornada con un poco de margen. Una entrevista siempre lleva m\u00e1s tiempo del previsto, entre el montaje y las distintas tomas.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Anticipar las autorizaciones<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Autorizaciones de derechos de imagen de las personas filmadas;<\/li><li>Acuerdo del propietario o del gestor si rueda fuera de sus instalaciones;<\/li><li>Autorizaciones espec\u00edficas en caso de tomas a\u00e9reas con dron;<\/li><li>Verificaci\u00f3n de los logotipos, marcas y obras visibles en la imagen.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Designar a un responsable de contacto<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El d\u00eda del rodaje, una persona de su parte debe poder responder preguntas, abrir puertas y hacer de enlace con los equipos.
