1. Purpose

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the thatdog.fr website (the “Site”), which presents the activity of the that dog studio: video, photo, drone and content for businesses and brands. By browsing the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. Site publisher

The Site is published by the that dog studio. The publisher’s and host’s identification details are given in the Site’s legal notice. Contact: hello@thatdog.fr.

3. Access to the Site

The Site is free to access for anyone with an Internet connection. Connection and equipment costs are your responsibility. We strive to keep the Site continuously available, but may suspend or interrupt it at any time, in particular for maintenance, without notice or compensation.

4. Content and services presented

The information, service descriptions, examples of work and articles on the Site are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a contractual offer. Every service is covered by a tailored quote accepted by both parties, setting out in particular the scope, schedule, price and usage rights.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (texts, videos, photographs, images, logos, graphics, structure, code) are protected by copyright and, where applicable, trademark law. Unless stated otherwise, they belong to the that dog studio or are used with the permission of their owners. Client brands, logos and works shown in the portfolio belong to their respective owners and are shown as references.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution or use, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited. A short quotation crediting the source and linking to the Site is tolerated.

6. Forms, virtual assistant and call-back request

The Site offers a contact form, a phone call-back request form and a virtual assistant. The information you enter must be accurate. It is used only to answer your request (quote, information, call back) and is sent to us by e-mail. The virtual assistant is an automated tool that gives general, indicative information: its answers are not contractual and do not replace a conversation with the studio or a quote.

7. Personal data

Personal data collected through the Site is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French law. It is used to handle your request and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to hello@thatdog.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

8. Cookies and third-party services

The Site may use cookies necessary for it to work. Third-party services embedded in the Site, such as the Vimeo video player, may set their own cookies when you play a video, under their own terms. You can set or refuse cookies in your browser settings.

9. Hyperlinks

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We have no control over their content and accept no liability for it. Links to the Site are permitted provided they do not harm the studio’s image or suggest a partnership.

10. Liability

We take great care over the accuracy of the information on the Site, but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or always up to date. We cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from access to or use of the Site, or the inability to use it, nor for viruses or harmful elements originating from outside sources. You agree not to disrupt the operation of the Site or attempt to access it fraudulently.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site on the date you visit.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
