2. Data collected and purposes
- Contact / quote form: name, company, e-mail address, phone, message. Purpose: reply to your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.
- Call-back request: name, phone number, preferred time, optional message and originating page. Purpose: call you back. Legal basis: your consent (tick box).
- Virtual assistant: messages typed into the assistant are processed in your browser to display an answer; they are not stored by the site.
3. Recipients
Your data is intended for the that dog studio. It passes through our host and e-mail provider, acting as processors. It is neither sold nor passed on for commercial purposes.
4. Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then, for any business relationship, [period to be confirmed, e.g. 3 years after last contact].
