On your website, in meetings, at a trade show or in a prospecting email, the company presentation film is often the first contact between your business and a future client. In a minute and a half, it has to answer three questions: who are you, what do you do, and why you rather than someone else?
Why 90 seconds?
It is the length that lets you convey the essentials without losing attention. Beyond that, part of the audience drifts away. Below it, it is hard to tell a story. Nothing stops you from planning a longer version for certain uses, and short versions for social networks.
Mistakes to avoid
- trying to say everything: the full history, every service, every figure;
- an overly corporate tone that sounds like all your competitors;
- a string of shots of empty offices;
- a voice-over that reads out the sales brochure.
The ingredients of a successful film
An angle
A strong idea that guides the whole film: a promise, a value, a client story, a distinctive expertise.
Real people
Your team members, your managers, your clients: faces build trust. One or two well-conducted interviews are worth more than a long text.
Images that prove it
Show rather than tell: your workshop, your teams in action, your projects, your clients.
Real production quality
Lighting, sound, framing, editing rhythm, music: it is the whole package that gives the impression of a serious, careful company.
A good corporate film doesn’t describe your company: it makes people want to work with it.
How long does the project take?
Generally a few weeks between the first conversation and delivery: writing, preparation, one to two shoot days, then editing and approvals. We support you at every step, and can use the shoot to produce your corporate photos if you wish.
How about presenting your company?
Tell us about yourself: together we will imagine the film that reflects who you are.
